Lincoln Tri Offers Closed road Duathlons for both Juniors and Adults.
The Juniors event is part of the Junior East Midlands Series.
We are pleased that we can also include an Adult event again in 2017 and its proving popular!
Now in its fifth year this event will be the first round of the East Midlands Junior Race Series for 2017.
This event makes use of the excellent tarmac surfaces that you would expect on an active RAF bases runway and taxiways. If you lose your focus you'll notice the military vehicles including a Red Arrow that can be found on the perimeter of the course!
This is a family friendly event that offers a race for all the family from Tri Starts up to an Adult Sprint distance duathlon. All of the courses are on traffic free closed roads. This is an excellent opportunity for all athletes whether starting out in our fantastic sport or a seasoned athlete the opportunity to test yourself early in the 2016 season.

All of the courses are flat and fast, with plenty of opportunity for spectators to cheer on the athletes.
All Age Groups are based on the athletes age on the 31st December 2017
For the Junior races:
If you are 8 on the 31st Dec 17 you will race in the Tri Start race
If you are 9 or 10 on the 31st Dec 17 you will race in the Tri Star 1 race
If you are 11 or 12 on the 31st Dec 17 you will race in the Tri Star 2 race
If you are 13 or 14 on the 31st Dec 17 you will race in the Tri Star 3 race
If you are 15 or 16 on the 31st Dec 17 you will race in the Youth race
